- Friendly housemates with currently 5 people staying. Currently only 3 people (with 2 guys) sharing the bathroom, and they are willing to negotiate the toilet time in the morning.
- Rapid KL shuttle bus is available to LRT Kelana Jaya and places I don't know yet.
- Walking distance to Paradigm Mall.
